PepsiCo is seeking an experienced, innovative and passionate individual to join our team as a Consumer Experience, Salesforce Support. This position will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer experience and a proven track record of success in providing superior technical support. If you have the drive and enthusiasm to help PepsiCo deliver an unparalleled customer experience, we want to hear from you.To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in Salesforce platform, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Additionally, you should have a strong knowledge of CRM software, databases, and customer service processes. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing the highest standards of customer service and is a creative problem solver.
