Job Description

At PepsiCo, we are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Consumer Experience, Salesforce Support. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring PepsiCo customers’ needs are met and exceeded. You will act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, providing support, guidance and troubleshooting assistance to our customers.The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for customer service excellence, as well as a demonstrated track record of success in Salesforce. You should have excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. If you are a creative, driven, and self-motivated individual, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
