Job Description

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Consumer Experience, Salesforce Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be a key contributor to the ongoing success of the Salesforce program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving and a desire to be a part of a dynamic team.We are looking for a motivated individual with a background in Salesforce and consumer experience who is eager to learn and grow. The successful candidate will have a collaborative approach and be comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of experience working in a Salesforce role. They will have a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce's features and capabilities, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Experience working with customers in a consumer experience role is also a must.
