
Commercial Execution Manager
PepsiCo is looking for a creative and organized Commercial Execution Manager to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and executing strategies to drive our business forward. The Commercial Execution Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and analysis of promotional activities for our products across all channels.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive PepsiCo’s business forward.
- Manage the planning, execution, and analysis of promotional activities for PepsiCo’s products across all channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze performance of promotional activities and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Develop and maintain promotional budget.
- Ensure promotional activities adhere to regulations and company guidelines.
- Prepare and submit promotional reports to senior management.
- Stay current with industry trends and market insights.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities.
