We are seeking an experienced and innovative individual to join our team and drive our efforts in this area.The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of successfully managing capital projects and a deep understanding of the fundamentals of capital project management. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative approaches to ensure successful capital projects.
  2. Manage capital projects in alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Monitor capital project progress and provide timely updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  5. Prepare project documentation including budget and resource plans.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks associated with capital projects.
  7. Utilize project management tools to track progress and evaluate capital projects.
  8. Manage and monitor project budgets and timelines.
  9. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  10. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient capital project management.
