PepsiCo is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and talented team. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and a passion for creating and executing initiatives that drive growth.The successful Business Development Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker and has a deep understanding of the industry and market trends. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for identifying and evaluating new opportunities. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  2. Research market trends and analyze industry data to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Monitor competitor activities and strategize to stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  5. Negotiate business deals and contracts.
  6. Prepare and present detailed reports to management.
  7. Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Remain up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
  9. Assist in the preparation of budget and forecasts.
  10. Develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
