- Develop and implement strategies to promote availability and sustainability within PepsiCo and its products.
- Conduct research and stay updated on current sustainability practices and trends in the food and beverage industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.
- Monitor and analyze data related to availability and sustainability, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant external stakeholders, such as suppliers, NGOs, and government agencies, to support sustainability initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training and educational programs for employees to increase awareness and understanding of sustainability practices.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through sustainable practices.
- Serve as a sustainability ambassador for PepsiCo, promoting our commitment to sustainability to both internal and external audiences.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sustainability initiatives to drive positive environmental and social impact.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Or Operations, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Knowledge Of Sustainability Principles And Practices, Including Experience Implementing Sustainability Initiatives In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Opportunities For Improving Availability And Sustainability In Supply Chain Operations.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders To Drive Sustainable Supply Chain Practices.
