Job Description

PepsiCo is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Associate Planner to join our team and help drive our operational success. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a passion for developing and delivering innovative solutions. The Associate Planner will be responsible for managing the operational planning process for our CPG product lines.To be considered for the role, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Additionally, they must have a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, preferably in the CPG industry. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a “can do” attitude. They must also have the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Above all else, we are looking for someone who is passionate about driving operational excellence and making a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the operational planning process for PepsiCo’s CPG product lines.
  2. Develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve operational planning.
  3. Strategize and solve complex problems.
  4. Work both independently and within a team environment.
  5. Monitor and track progress of operational planning projects.
  6. Create and implement detailed plans for operational success.
  7. Utilize data to analyze trends and make recommendations to optimize performance.
  8. Maintain open lines of communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of plans.
  10. Monitor industry standards and trends to ensure best practices are followed.
