  10. Continuously seek out and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising on product quality.
  11. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safe handling and usage of packaging materials and equipment.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge in the packaging field.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the packaging team and across departments.
  14. Represent PepsiCo in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  15. Adhere to PepsiCo's ethical standards and practices in all job-related activities.

Job Qualifications
