  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the global real estate industry.
  2. Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track real estate portfolio performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and real estate, to support business decision-making and drive efficiencies.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize real estate investments for PepsiCo.
  5. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate real estate market conditions and make data-driven recommendations for portfolio adjustments.
  7. Leverage advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends in real estate data.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as real estate brokers and consultants, to stay informed on industry developments and best practices.
  9. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and strategies in business intelligence and real estate analytics to drive innovation within the team.
  10. Support the development and implementation of the global real estate strategy and provide input on strategic initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with the global real estate team to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Business Intelligence, Market Analysis, And/Or Financial Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Management And Reporting Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Sql.

  • Experience In Global Real Estate Markets And Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Benchmarks, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Leadership.
