  1. Utilize market insights and data analysis to make strategic real estate investment decisions for PepsiCo globally.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential real estate opportunities and evaluate their financial viability.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and other external partners to stay informed of industry trends and market conditions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align real estate strategies with overall company goals.
  5. Manage real estate projects from conception to completion, including negotiating leases, overseeing construction and renovation, and managing budgets.
  6. Monitor and track real estate portfolio performance and make recommendations for optimization and cost savings.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve real estate strategies and processes.
  8. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support decision-making and track key metrics.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to present data-driven insights and recommendations.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on real estate analysis and best practices.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and represent PepsiCo positively in the real estate community.
  12. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to real estate investments.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Global Real Estate team.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for PepsiCo and promote the company's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Data Analysis, Market Research, And Business Intelligence.

  • Familiarity With Global Real Estate Markets And Trends, As Well As Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Proficiency In Data Visualization And Reporting Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
