  1. Lead and manage a team of data engineers to develop and implement data solutions that support PepsiCo's business operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements, and develop strategies to address them.
  3. Utilize your technical expertise in data engineering to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  4. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by implementing data quality checks and monitoring processes.
  5. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
  6. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data engineering processes and capabilities.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  8. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery of data solutions.
  9. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  10. Communicate and present data solutions and insights to various stakeholders, including senior management.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and developments in data engineering to drive innovation within the team.
  12. Identify and resolve data engineering issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the data engineering team.
  14. Represent PepsiCo as a leader in the data engineering space and build strong relationships with external partners and vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Data Engineering Or Related Roles.

  • Strong Technical Background In Data Architecture, Data Modeling, And Etl/Elt Processes.

  • Experience With Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, And Cloud-Based Data Platforms (E.g. Aws, Azure).

  • Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Drive Results.
