  1. Develop and execute innovative 3D designs for experiential events and activations that align with PepsiCo's brand vision and marketing objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and production to ensure designs meet project requirements and timelines.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in experiential design to continuously enhance PepsiCo's brand experience.
  5. Maintain and organize design files, assets, and project documentation for efficient and effective project management.
  6. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
  7. Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all 3D designs.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  9. Oversee the production and installation of 3D designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for PepsiCo, representing the company's values and vision in all design work and interactions with internal and external partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Design, Architecture, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Experiential Design, Specifically With 3D Elements.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad, Sketchup, And Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Creative Concepts For Experiential Events Or Activations, Preferably Within The Food And Beverage Industry.
