- Develop and maintain the tone and voice of the PepsiCo brand across all marketing and advertising materials.
- Collaborate with creative team members to concept and execute innovative and effective campaigns that align with PepsiCo's brand messaging and objectives.
- Write and edit engaging and impactful copy for various mediums including print, digital, video, and social media.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer insights to inform and enhance copywriting strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and brand management, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Take ownership of projects and see them through from concept to final delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior copywriters, fostering a creative and supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to manage and maintain creative standards and brand guidelines.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform the development of creative concepts and copy.
- Continuously strive to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation, bringing fresh and original ideas to the table.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for future projects.
- Represent PepsiCo's brand and creative vision at various internal and external events and presentations.
Bachelor's Degree In Advertising, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Copywriting And Creative Direction
Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Advertising Campaigns
Strong Understanding Of Brand Strategy And Ability To Maintain Brand Consistency
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Team Of Copywriters.
