
Associate Creative Director - Copywriter

- Lead and manage a team of copywriters to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand and innovative campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including art directors, designers, and marketers to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the brand's vision.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the brand's target audience and their behaviors, to inform creative strategies and messaging.
- Create compelling and engaging copy that tells a story and resonates with the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing to continuously push boundaries and innovate.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the copywriting team, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Review and provide feedback on copy to ensure it meets brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all copy assets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic plans for campaigns that align with business goals.
- Take ownership of the brand's tone and voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Brainstorm and pitch new campaign ideas and concepts to senior leadership.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns to inform future creative decisions.
- Represent the brand and its values in all communications and interactions both internally and externally.
- Uphold high standards of quality and creativity in all work produced by the copywriting team.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Copywriting And Advertising, Preferably In A Creative Agency Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Creating Successful And Impactful Campaigns For Major Consumer Brands.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Copywriters.
In-Depth Understanding Of Consumer Behavior, Market Trends, And Advertising Best Practices.
