- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where diverse perspectives and ideas are valued and encouraged.
- Represent the brand and company at industry events and conferences.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communications Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Creative Role, Preferably In A Consumer Goods Or Beverage Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing A Team Of Creative Professionals.
Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful And Innovative Marketing Campaigns.
