- Develop and execute marketing strategies for various iconic brands within PepsiCo's portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative brand initiatives.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Monitor and track brand performance metrics, and use data to inform decision-making and drive results.
- Develop and manage budgets for brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with advertising agencies and other external partners to develop creative and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the development of new product launches and brand extensions.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with brand standards across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve brand strategies.
- Support the Brand Manager in day-to-day tasks and projects as needed.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective trade marketing programs.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve brand positioning and drive growth.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust brand strategies based on market feedback and performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Brand Management Or Marketing Within The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Project Management And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
