  1. Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.
  3. Implement improvements and upgrades to equipment to increase efficiency and reduce maintenance needs.
  4. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of production lines.
  5. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment status, maintenance needs, and potential issues.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance and repairs.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements in asset care and maintenance.
  9. Train and mentor new technicians on equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and identify opportunities for equipment optimization.
  11. Follow preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to prolong the lifespan of equipment and prevent breakdowns.
  12. Keep track of inventory levels and order necessary supplies and parts for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  13. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in asset care and maintenance.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
