  12. Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and drive efficiency.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team.
  14. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Travel to various locations within the designated area to oversee sales operations and meet with clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Management: This Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of Sales Strategies And Techniques, As Well As Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field: A Formal Education In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field Provides A Strong Foundation For The Analytical And Strategic Skills Needed For This Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Consistently Achieving And Exceeding Sales Goals, Demonstrating Strong Leadership And Sales Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Area Sales Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients, Distributors, And Your Team. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Managing These Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of The Beverage Industry: Experience In The Beverage Industry, Specifically With Pepsico Products, Is Highly Desirable. This Knowledge Will Provide A Strong Understanding Of The Market, Competitors, And Customer Needs, Allowing For Effective Sales Strategies And Decision Making.
