- Design and implement SAP HR solutions that align with PepsiCo's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR system needs and requirements.
- Lead the development and maintenance of SAP HR architecture and design documents.
- Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP HR architecture and design.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and streamlining of HR processes within the organization.
- Train and mentor team members on SAP HR system usage and processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with global teams to ensure consistency and standardization of SAP HR systems and processes.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in SAP HR technology.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP HR architecture and design within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As An Architect, With A Focus On Sap Hr Systems.
Extensive Knowledge Of Sap Hr Modules And Integration With Other Systems.
Strong Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Sap Hr Projects.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Abilities, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
