1. Design and develop innovative conversational AI products for PepsiCo, using your expertise in AI design and product management.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into user-centered AI solutions.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
4. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on AI design and product management best practices.
5. Lead the development and implementation of AI product strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
6. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify consumer needs and preferences, and use this information to inform product design and development.
7. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI product development.
8. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the product development process.
9. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and enhance the user experience of PepsiCo's conversational AI products.
10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in developing cutting-edge AI products.
11. Ensure all products are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
12. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
13. Represent PepsiCo's Conversational AI Design & Product Management team in internal and external meetings and events.
14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI products, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements as needed.
