  1. Manage and resolve complex issues related to accounts payable in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address their concerns.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the accounts payable process and prevent future issues.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify root causes of problems and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Monitor and track issue resolution progress to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  7. Maintain accurate records of issue resolution activities and provide regular updates to management.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to accounts payable issue resolution.
  9. Train and mentor team members to improve their knowledge and skills in issue resolution.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Prioritize and manage a high volume of issue resolution requests to meet tight deadlines.
  12. Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the accounts payable process.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and culture.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering open communication and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Accounts Payable Or Related Field, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Ap Processes And Procedures, Including Invoice Processing, Payment Disbursement, And Issue Resolution.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Resolving Complex Ap Issues And Identifying Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience. Cpa Or Other Relevant Certifications A Plus.
