  1. Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices for PepsiCo's supply chain, in line with the company's sustainability goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify best practices in sustainable agriculture and recommend strategies for their implementation.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and compliance with sustainability standards and regulations.
  4. Lead and manage all sustainability initiatives related to agriculture, including setting goals, tracking progress, and reporting on key metrics.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, farmers, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and ensure responsible sourcing.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in sustainable agriculture, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Develop and deliver training and education programs for internal teams and external partners to raise awareness and promote sustainable agriculture practices.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainable agriculture programs and initiatives, and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  9. Represent PepsiCo at industry events and conferences to share knowledge and best practices in sustainable agriculture.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to senior management on sustainable agriculture practices and their impact on the company's overall sustainability efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture, Environmental Science, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sustainable Agriculture Practices, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Knowledge Of Sustainable Farming Techniques, Including Crop Rotation, Integrated Pest Management, And Soil Health Management

  • Strong Understanding Of Key Sustainability Issues In The Agriculture Industry, Such As Water Management, Biodiversity, And Climate Change

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Implement Sustainability Initiatives And Track Progress Towards Goals.
