- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising and creative agencies to ensure effective communication of PepsiCo's brand message and vision.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop creative campaigns that align with PepsiCo's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Monitor and track agency performance to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Serve as the main point of contact for agencies, addressing any questions or concerns and providing timely feedback on projects.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in PepsiCo's advertising and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and budgets with agencies to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting PepsiCo's products and values to agency partners and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on agency activities and performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Beverage Or Consumer Goods Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Present And Pitch Ideas Effectively.
Knowledge Of Marketing And Advertising Strategies, As Well As Experience Working With Creative Agencies.
