- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising and marketing agencies.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute successful campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign materials and assets.
- Manage and track budget allocations for agency services.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between PepsiCo and agencies, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform campaign planning.
- Develop and present reports and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and goals.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities to drive business growth through agency partnerships.
- Represent PepsiCo and our brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of PepsiCo's products, values, and mission.
- Travel to agency offices as needed for meetings and events.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Agency Partners.
Knowledge And Understanding Of The Advertising And Marketing Landscape, Including Digital And Traditional Channels.
