  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
  2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting by adhering to accounting principles and conducting regular audits.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  4. Maintain and update financial records, including journal entries, balance sheets, and income statements.
  5. Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.
  6. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
  7. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by analyzing past financial performance and identifying future trends and potential risks.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  9. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws and maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of these regulations.
  10. Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  11. Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure their understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial operations.
  13. Uphold the company's values and maintain the highest standards of financial integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Strong Foundation In Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis Is Essential For An Accounting Operations Accountant At Pepsico.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Finance: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In A Relevant Role, Demonstrating Their Understanding Of Accounting Processes And Procedures.
