Job Description

As a Studio Stagehand, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our live and pre-recorded classes. Set up and breakdown equipment for live and pre-recorded classes, including audio, video, lighting, and props.
Coordinate with instructors and production team to ensure all equipment and props are in place and functioning properly.
Operate audio, video, and lighting equipment during classes to ensure a high-quality experience for our members.
Troubleshoot technical issues and make necessary adjustments during live classes.
Maintain a clean and organized studio space, including equipment storage and maintenance.
Assist with rehearsals and run-throughs to ensure a seamless production.
Collaborate with other team members to develop new ideas and improve existing processes.
Stay up-to-date on new technology and equipment to continuously improve the quality of our classes.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service to instructors and team members.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Adhere to strict production schedules and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a successful production.
Participate in training and development opportunities as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Theatrical Or Live Event Production: A Studio Stagehand At Peloton Should Have A Strong Background In Theatrical Or Live Event Production. This Includes Experience With Setting Up And Operating Lighting, Sound, And Video Equipment, As Well As Knowledge Of Stage Layout And Rigging.
Physical Stamina And Strength: Working As A Stagehand Requires Physical Stamina And Strength, As The Job May Involve Lifting Heavy Equipment And Working Long Hours On Your Feet. Candidates Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Knowledge Of Audiovisual Technology: A Studio Stagehand Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Audiovisual Technology, Including Experience With Sound And Lighting Systems. They Should Also Be Familiar With Video Production Equipment And Have The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues As Needed.
Attention To Detail: Studio Stagehands Must Be Detail-Oriented And Have A Keen Eye For Spotting Potential Issues Or Hazards. They Should Be Able To Follow Instructions And Execute Tasks With Precision, Ensuring That All Equipment Is Set Up And Functioning Properly.
Team Player Mentality: Peloton's Studio Stagehands Must Be Team Players Who Can Work Collaboratively With Other Production Staff And Instructors. This May Involve Taking Direction From A Stage Manager Or Coordinating With Other Stagehands To Ensure Smooth And Efficient Production. Candidates Should Possess Strong Communication Skills And A Positive Attitude Towards Teamwork.
