- Oversee and manage all aspects of the showroom operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet showroom goals and targets.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers, ensuring they have a positive experience and leave with a strong understanding and appreciation for the Peloton brand.
- Train and develop showroom staff to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Lead by example and maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building a loyal and engaged customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute showroom events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze showroom performance data, making adjustments and improvements as needed to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new and upcoming releases.
- Ensure showroom compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Manage and maintain showroom inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Communicate effectively with upper management, providing regular updates on showroom performance and any issues or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to make strategic business decisions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to showroom staff.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for showroom staff, promoting teamwork, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
Prior Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Showroom Manager At Peloton Should Have Previous Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Fitness Or Luxury Goods Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Showroom Manager, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Showroom Associates Towards Achieving Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management. This Includes Being Able To Effectively Present Product Information, Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints, And Provide Performance Updates To Upper Management.
Passion For Fitness And Peloton Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Passion For Fitness And Be Knowledgeable About Peloton Products. This Will Not Only Help In Effectively Promoting And Selling The Products But Also In Creating A Positive And Enthusiastic Atmosphere In The Showroom.
