Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager of Member Care & Support to join our team at Peloton. In this role, you will be a key member of our product team, driving the vision and strategy for Peloton’s Member Care & Support portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that our members have a seamless, differentiated experience when interacting with our support team.To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a track record of creating and launching innovative products. You must also have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
