Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Safety, Ethics, Compliance and Investigations to join the Peloton team. This position requires a highly motivated, dynamic leader with an eye for detail to ensure our corporate safety, ethics, compliance and investigations standards are consistently upheld.We are seeking an individual who is passionate about promoting a culture of safety, ethics and compliance and has the ability to lead a team of professionals to ensure our organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage a complex and ever-changing regulatory environment with a focus on ensuring that our employees, customers and stakeholders are protected.The hiring manager should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, legal studies, or law. Additionally, a minimum of five years of experience in a managerial role in safety, ethics, compliance and/or investigations is required. The Senior Manager of Safety, Ethics, Compliance and Investigations should possess strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills and will be highly detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Above all, the successful candidate will be a team player, with a positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, ethics and compliance.
