Job Description

The Senior Director of Global Compensation at Peloton will lead a cross-functional team of professionals in designing and executing a comprehensive global compensation strategy that aligns with Peloton’s business objectives and drives employee engagement. This individual will have a passion for equity and fairness in the workplace, and have a strong understanding of global compensation landscape in order to develop and implement innovative solutions.We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of success in compensation and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a global compensation role, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and a strong understanding of compensation laws and regulations. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop long-term, comprehensive solutions.
