As a Peloton Expert, you will have the opportunity to share your love for fitness and the Peloton brand with our members and potential customers. Educate and promote the Peloton brand and products to potential customers and members.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Peloton products and the benefits they offer.
Conduct product demos and assist customers with setting up and using their Peloton equipment.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in fitness technology to effectively communicate the unique features of Peloton products.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Peloton values and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Assist with inventory management and merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are readily available.
Attend training sessions to continuously improve knowledge of Peloton products and sales techniques.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Proactively seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team.

Job Qualifications

Experience With The Peloton Brand And Products: A Peloton Expert Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Peloton Brand And Its Products, Including The Bike, Treadmill, And Digital App. This Includes Knowing The Features, Benefits, And Technical Specifications Of Each Product.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Peloton Expert, You Will Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis, Both In-Person And Through Digital Channels. Strong Customer Service Skills, Including Communication, Problem-Solving, And Empathy, Are Essential For Providing A Positive And Memorable Experience For Peloton Customers.
Fitness Industry Knowledge: To Be Successful As A Peloton Expert, You Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of The Fitness Industry, Including Current Trends, Popular Workouts, And Competitors. This Will Enable You To Effectively Educate And Engage With Potential Customers And Provide Valuable Insights To Current Customers.
Sales Experience: A Peloton Expert Is Responsible For Driving Sales And Meeting Individual And Team Goals. Therefore, Having Previous Sales Experience, Whether In A Retail Or Fitness Setting, Is Important For This Role. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Sales Opportunities, As Well As Excellent Negotiation And Closing Skills.
Availability And Flexibility: Peloton Experts Are Expected To Work Part-Time Hours, Which May Include Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. Additionally, There May Be Opportunities For Occasional Travel To Other Peloton Showrooms Or Events. Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Availability To Meet The Needs Of The Business.
