We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Peloton Expert to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Peloton Expert, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and enthusiasm for fitness with our members, helping them achieve their goals and live their healthiest lives. This role requires a dynamic and personable individual with a deep understanding of Peloton products and services, as well as exceptional communication and customer service skills. If you are a fitness enthusiast with a desire to inspire others and be a part of a fast-paced, innovative company, then we want you on our team.

Greet and welcome members to Peloton with a friendly and positive attitude.
Educate and inform members about Peloton products, services, and features.
Assist members in selecting the right Peloton products and services to meet their fitness goals.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Peloton products and services, including their features, benefits, and technology.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a brand ambassador for Peloton, promoting our mission and values to members.
Continuously stay up-to-date with new Peloton products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
Proactively engage with members and offer personalized recommendations based on their fitness goals and needs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent member experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of Peloton products and services to members.
Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about company updates and best practices.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
Represent Peloton in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Continuously strive to enhance the overall member experience and contribute to the success of the company.

Job Qualifications

Experience With Peloton Equipment: A Peloton Expert Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Peloton's Products, Including The Bike And Treadmill, As Well As The Peloton Digital App.
Strong Customer Service Skills: Peloton Experts Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Provide Excellent Service, Whether It's Answering Questions, Troubleshooting Technical Issues, Or Providing Product Recommendations.
Fitness Background: While Not Required, Having A Background In Fitness Or Personal Training Can Be Beneficial For A Peloton Expert, As It Allows Them To Better Understand The Needs And Goals Of Peloton Customers.
Availability To Work Part-Time Hours: Peloton Experts Are Typically Hired On A Part-Time Basis, So Candidates Should Be Able To Commit To A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work Evenings And Weekends.
Tech-Savvy: As Peloton Is A Technology-Based Fitness Company, Peloton Experts Should Be Comfortable Using Various Software And Apps, As Well As Troubleshooting Technical Issues That May Arise With Customers.
