As a Peloton Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to our members, both in-store and virtually. Provide exceptional customer service to members, both in-store and virtually.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Peloton brand and its products.
Inspire and motivate others to achieve their fitness goals.
Share personal passion for health and wellness with customers.
Educate customers about the benefits and features of Peloton products.
Assist customers in finding the right Peloton product for their needs.
Keep up-to-date with new product releases and features.
Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere in-store and virtually.
Act as a brand ambassador for Peloton, promoting the company's values and mission.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and goals.
Assist with in-store events and promotions.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
Embody a healthy and active lifestyle to inspire customers.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Peloton Products: A Peloton Expert Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Peloton's Products, Including The Peloton Bike, Treadmill, And Digital App. They Should Be Able To Confidently Answer Any Customer Questions And Provide Accurate Information About The Products.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Peloton Expert, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Strong Customer Service Skills Are Essential In Order To Provide A Positive And Enjoyable Experience For Each Customer.
Sales Experience: Peloton Experts Are Responsible For Promoting And Selling Peloton Products. Having Previous Sales Experience And A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Goals Is A Valuable Qualification For This Role.
Fitness Background: Peloton Is A Fitness Company, And Having A Background In Fitness Or Sports Can Be Beneficial For A Peloton Expert. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Different Workout Routines And Be Able To Provide Guidance And Advice To Customers.
Availability And Flexibility: Part-Time Peloton Experts Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work During Peak Hours, Which May Include Evenings And Weekends. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt To Changes In The Work Schedule As Needed.
