As a Peloton Expert, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise with our customers, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and enhance their overall Peloton experience. Provide exceptional customer service and support to Peloton customers through in-person interactions, phone calls, and online communication channels.
Share in-depth knowledge of Peloton products and services with customers, including equipment features, workout programs, and membership options.
Educate customers on the benefits of using Peloton products and how they can help achieve their fitness goals.
Assist customers with setting up and troubleshooting their Peloton equipment, including bike and tread setup, software updates, and connectivity issues.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Peloton brand and its values to customers.
Proactively identify and address customer concerns or issues, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized showroom space.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Peloton products, features, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Work with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality of customer information and adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve knowledge and skills as a Peloton Expert.
Assist with special events and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
Act as a resource and mentor for new Peloton Experts, providing guidance and support as needed.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience and share ideas with the team.

Job Qualifications

Experience With Peloton Equipment: A Peloton Expert Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Peloton's Bikes, Treadmills, And Other Fitness Equipment. This Includes Knowledge Of How To Set Up And Troubleshoot The Equipment, As Well As Familiarity With The Various Features And Functions.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Peloton Expert, It Is Important To Have Excellent Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Assist Customers. This Includes Being Able To Explain Complex Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner, As Well As Being Able To Listen And Address Customer Concerns.
Fitness Knowledge And Background: A Peloton Expert Should Have A Background In Fitness And A Strong Knowledge Of Exercise Techniques And Principles. This Will Enable Them To Provide Valuable Guidance And Support To Customers Using Peloton Equipment.
Customer Service Experience: Peloton Experts Should Have Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As Retail Or Hospitality, Where They Have Honed Their Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Able To Handle Difficult Situations, Remain Calm Under Pressure, And Provide A Positive And Welcoming Experience For All Customers.
Availability And Flexibility: Since This Is A Part-Time Position, It Is Important For A Peloton Expert To Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work Evenings And Weekends. This Will Ensure That They Can Provide Support To Customers During Peak Usage Times And Accommodate Different Time Zones.
