Operations Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Program Manager to join the Peloton team and help us continue to deliver the best possible products and services to our members. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and project management, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication and organization skills. The successful candidate will need to identify and prioritize key initiatives, coordinate and manage complex projects, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. If you are passionate about leading projects and operations and have a drive to deliver superior results, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field• 5+ years of operations and project management experience• Proven track record of developing and executing successful projects• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or project management methodology is a plus
