- Develop and implement a comprehensive reliability and validation strategy for all Peloton products.
- Lead a team of engineers and oversee their work in conducting thorough and rigorous testing of all products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure all products meet high levels of quality and reliability standards.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to track product reliability and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential product failures.
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product reliability and validation.
- Communicate regularly with senior management regarding product reliability and validation status, issues, and improvements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Foster a culture of quality and reliability within the organization and promote a customer-centric approach to product development.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Executing Reliability And Validation Strategies For Complex Systems, Preferably In The Fitness Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Responsible For Reliability And Validation Activities.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Product Reliability And Validation, Such As Iso, Ul, And Fda.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
