2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and develop innovative solutions to address them.
3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to ensure Peloton remains at the forefront of innovation.
4. Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
5. Drive continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality in the manufacturing process.
