Job Description

Peet's Coffee is seeking a driven and organized Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, overseeing inventory, and managing a team of warehouse staff.   1. Oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to retail locations.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet demand and minimize waste.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipments.
  4. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize warehouse space and resources.
  5. Monitor and track inventory levels, and report any discrepancies or issues to upper management.
  6. Train, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  7. Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly.
  9. Utilize warehouse management systems and technology to track inventory and streamline processes.
  10. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including upper management, to provide updates and address any concerns.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management to ensure the company remains competitive.
  13. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to providing the highest quality coffee to customers by ensuring all products meet quality standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Including Inventory Control, Logistics, And Distribution.

  • Proficiency In Using Warehouse Management Systems And Other Relevant Software.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Warehouse Staff.
