Team Member (Barista)

You will be responsible for delivering delicious, quality drinks and food, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, tea, and food items for customers in a timely manner.
2. Ensure drinks and food items meet Peet's Coffee standards for quality and presentation.
3. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
6. Work collaboratively with other Team Members to ensure a smooth and successful shift.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
9. Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
10. Remain knowledgeable on all products, services, and promotions offered by Peet's Coffee.
