Team Member (Barista)

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, mochas and other specialty drinks, following established recipes.
2. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Keep up with the demand of orders and multitask efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure all drinks are made to order in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.
6. Follow safety and security procedures and adhere to Peet's Coffee standards.
7. Follow cash handling procedures and adhere to company policies.
8. Stock and replenish coffee beans, brewing equipment, and cups as needed.
9. Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.
10. Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and recipes.
