Team Member (Barista)

Responsibilities of a Team Member (Barista):

1. Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customers according to Peet's standards.
2. Maintain knowledge of coffee and tea products and be able to answer customer questions about them.
3. Ensure the cleanliness of the coffee bar area and equipment.
4. Follow all health and safety regulations when handling and preparing food and beverages.
5. Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers’ needs and responding in a friendly and timely manner.
6. Accurately complete daily sales and cash reports.
7. Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
8. Assist with stocking and restocking coffee, tea, and other supplies.
9. Assist with other duties as assigned.
