• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks and food items in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar, surrounding area, and equipment
• Ensure accuracy of orders and record sales
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Provide product information to customers
• Resolve customer issues in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Restock supplies as needed
• Promote sales and specials
