Team Member (Barista)

Peet's Coffee is looking for an energetic and motivated Team Member (Barista) to join our team! We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee and a commitment to excellent customer service who will help create an inviting and welcoming environment for our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of barista experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a basic understanding of coffee drinks. Responsibilities:

1. Make and serve coffee drinks to customers in accordance with Peet's standards.
2. Ensure the quality of coffee drinks meets Peet's standards.
3. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when preparing and serving drinks.
4. Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Monitor stock levels and order supplies when necessary.
8. Accurately record customer orders and process payments.
9. Keep up-to-date with coffee related trends and developments.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures.
