
Store Manager
We’re looking for a customer-focused Store Manager to join the Peet’s Coffee family. As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop and ensure our high standards of customer service and satisfaction are met. If you’re a passionate and experienced leader who is excited to bring your enthusiasm and expertise to our team, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• College degree in business or related field preferred, but not required• Proven leadership and management experience• Exceptional customer service and communication skills• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to train and motivate team members
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, train, coach and motivate employees to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Implement procedures and policies to ensure the store is managed in accordance with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor sales and take corrective action where necessary to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and insights to inform decisions.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations.
