Store Manager

We’re looking for a customer-focused Store Manager to join the Peet’s Coffee family. As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop and ensure our high standards of customer service and satisfaction are met. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Recruit, train, coach and motivate employees to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
4. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
5. Implement procedures and policies to ensure the store is managed in accordance with company goals and objectives.
6. Monitor sales and take corrective action where necessary to ensure targets are met.
7. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and insights to inform decisions.
8. Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
9. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations.
