Store Manager

At Peet’s Coffee, we’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Store Manager to join our team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the store, including providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment. You should be an ambitious and self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. You should also have a strong understanding of Peet’s Coffee’s products and the ability to drive store sales. To be successful as our Store Manager, you should have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a retail store, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
