Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability
• Monitor store performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Schedule and manage staff members to ensure that customer service standards are consistently met
• Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently
• Train and develop staff to ensure a high level of customer service
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment
• Maintain product knowledge to ensure accurate and timely product information is provided to customers
• Create a positive and engaging work environment for team members
• Address customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves
