Store Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the Peet’s Coffee team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing customer service that is second to none. The Store Manager will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of baristas while ensuring that each customer has an enjoyable and memorable experience at our store.To be successful in this role, you should have several years of retail experience, with experience in a supervisory role preferred. You should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of baristas and ensure that each customer has an enjoyable and memorable experience • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times • Monitor store operations and ensure that all procedures are followed • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner • Schedule and manage staff shifts • Train staff on customer service and operational procedures • Monitor cash flow and daily financial transactions
