
Shift Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading and developing a team of baristas. - Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by setting a high standard for customer interactions and training team members to do the same.
- Lead and develop a team of baristas, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor and maintain product quality, ensuring that all drinks and food items are prepared according to company standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular team meetings and trainings to keep team members updated on new products, promotions, and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the front and back of house areas.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and increase profitability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product developments to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Act as a role model for the team by consistently demonstrating professionalism, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Previous Supervisory Experience In A Fast-Paced Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Coffee And Tea Products, As Well As The Ability To Train And Educate Team Members On Product Offerings.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With The Ability To Handle Customer And Employee Issues Effectively.
Flexibility To Work Varying Shifts, Including Early Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays.
