1. Supervise and lead a team of baristas to ensure efficient and effective operations of the coffee shop.
2. Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of coffee and other supplies to ensure smooth operations.
4. Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
5. Ensure that all team members adhere to food safety and quality standards.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
